Inbound Sales Representatives

Our client, a multinational company with sites at Makati City, Ortigas Center, and Fort Bonifacio, is currently searching for Inbound Sales Representatives to provide best in class service/sales to our customers. These positions would receive incoming customer calls selling personal check products, answer inquiry questions, as well as, handle any service issues. This would be achieved through using verbatim scripts.
Position Requirements:
Confident and strong knowledge around product, pricing, procedures, promotions and customer service system.
Processes phone orders to customer’s satisfaction
Maintains established average sales standards through formulated suggestive selling techniques
Inform current and prospective customers of current promotions and new or upgraded products.
Responds to customer inquiries regarding orders, products, invoices, specials, etc. utilizing the CS software
Strong listening skills and ability to multi-task
Ability to provide outstanding customer service to all types of calls and ensure customer retention.
Resolve customer’s needs by having in depth knowledge of company business
Accurately note the system with pertinent information as necessary
Answers phone calls from customers, adhering to current QA and productivity standards
Communicates with customers, verbally and in written form, in a professional manner.
Complies with all applicable security and confidentiality regulations of the company
Maintains a clean and professional work environment
Required Position Qualifications:
-- College Graduate
-- Ability to perform in a sales-oriented,
goal driven call center environment
-- Must be comfortable using verbatim scripting
-- Stable work history
-- Excellent computer and communication skills
-- Previous call center, retail, or sales
experience preferred.
